A VIP Experience

Our dentists and team love meeting new patients, and we believe that each of our patients deserves to be treated like a VIP. At TCCRD, we combine thoughtful diagnostics with state‑of‑the‑art imaging to give you the most complete view of your oral health—and the confidence to make informed choices about your dental health and overall well-being. During your first visit, you can expect:

  • A 3D Digital Wellness Scan Of Your Teeth & Bite: This is a fast, non‑invasive scan that captures a 3D model of your teeth and bite. The scan allows us to accurately visualize the alignment, wear and function of your teeth.

  • Digital Diagnostic Photos: We will take high‑resolution photos of your teeth and smile, which helps us evaluate your teeth, document baseline records and collaborate with you on treatment options.

  • Full Series Of Dental X‑Rays: We will take low‑dose X-rays that reveal any hidden decay, past dental work and more. This helps us have a better overall view of your dental health.

  • 3D CBCT Scan (As Needed): Cone‑beam CT imaging provides a detailed, 3D view of your teeth, roots, nerves and jaw structures, which helps us with any restorative, implant or airway evaluations.

  • Cosmetic Evaluation & Smile Screening: We take a look at your tooth shape, color, symmetry, gum contours and overall facial harmony to explore options to help you achieve a confident and natural‑looking smile.

  • Periodontal (Gum & Bone) Health Evaluation: We measure gum health, screen for inflammation and review bone support. Healthy gums are the foundation of every beautiful smile!

  • Tooth Integrity & Decay Assessment: We will gently and carefully examine your teeth, supplemented by imaging, to look for any cracks, fractures or early decay before they become bigger problems.

  • Bite & TMJ Evaluation: We evaluate how your teeth meet and how your jaw joints function and look for signs of clenching, grinding or bite imbalances that can affect your dental health and well-being.

  • Oral Cancer Screening: Then, we will perform a thorough head and neck exam and intraoral exam screens for early signs of oral cancer, as well as any possible other soft tissue concerns.

  • Financial Estimate: For your financial peace of mind, we will give you our best estimate of your financial responsibility for your first visit.

After Your First Visit

After your first visit with Dr. Cawley or Dr. Brown, you’ll receive a clear, prioritized plan that respects your time, preferences and budget. We will make sure to review all of your options, from preventative maintenance to advanced cosmetic and restorative care, and to answer any of your questions or concerns. If you choose to undergo any treatments, we will outline your treatment timeline, number of visits and investment ranges, and then our friendly front desk team will coordinate any of your future appointments.

New Patient Forms

Before your first visit, we kindly ask that you fill out your new patient forms. The new patient information forms are available online through our patient portal. Click on the button below to access the NexHealth patient portal, where you will be asked to enter your information and complete a patient health history questionnaire.

Of course! Dr. Cawley or Dr. Brown are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, and they will also go over your dental history with you.
