At TCCRD, Dr. Tanya Brown & Dr. Matthew Cawley have your comfort as our priority.  This means that you will be treated as a VIP from your very first phone call to our office through each visit at our office.  For your financial peace of mind, we will give you our best estimate of your financial responsibility for your first visit.  Your first visit will last approximately 90 minutes, during which you'll receive personalized attention from Dr. Tanya Brown and Dr. Matthew Cawley. The visit includes a comprehensive evaluation of your dental conditions and overall wellness as well as personalized time to listen to your concerns and goals for your health and appearance.

You will receive a follow up email after your first phone call to our office. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional information prior to your first visit. Please complete your New Patient Information online through our confidential HIPAA Compliant Patient Portal System, NexHealth. You'll be directed to the NexHealth patient portal to enter your information and fill out a Patient Dental/Medical history questionnaire as well as Patient Demographic Information.

The iTero 3-D Digital Wellness Scan is a high-tech 3-D video of your teeth and bite which allows Dr. Tanya Brown and Dr. Matthew Cawley to assess your dental health comprehensively.  We use the state of the art iTero 3-D Digital scanners in our office, which allow for 3-D models, intraoral images, and aid in caries detection(NIRI technology) all without any radiation!

Drs. Brown and Cawley can evaluate your teeth for decay (caries) as well as your bite (Occlusion).  You can see all of your teeth and your bite on a large computer screen as well as compare multiple scans to detect changes to your teeth and bite.

Yes, a full series of dental X-rays will be taken to evaluate your teeth, gums, and bone structure. If needed, a 3-D CBCT scan of your teeth and jaws will also be performed.

During your first visit, we will LISTEN to what is most important to you, and we will customize your first visit based on your unique needs and wants.  Typically, you can expect:

• A Review of your Dental and Medical History
• A cosmetic evaluation and screening of your smile and appearance
• An evaluation of your teeth, gums, and supporting bone
• An assessment of your teeth for decay and fractures
• A bite and TMJ evaluation
• An oral cancer screening and Airway Prosthodontic screening/evaluation
• A 3-D Itero Digital Wellness Scan
• Intraoral Photos/Extraoral Photos

Your patient forms are available through a HIPAA Compliant Patient Portal. The privacy of your personal and medical information is maintained in secure and confidential manner.
At TCCRD, Dr. Tanya Brown and Dr. Matthew Cawley, routinely provide HIPAA training and updates for our dental team. The privacy and confidentiality of your Patient information is of utmost importance to our entire team.

You will have dedicated time to discuss your dental history, concerns, and goals with Dr. Brown and/or Dr. Cawley. You will have time to ask questions that are important to you.
Dr. Tanya Brown and Dr. Matthew Cawley will explain the findings from your evaluation and work with you to decide what your next steps will be.
