Your First Visit with Drs. Tanya Brown and Matthew Cawley at The Center for Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry will be like nothing you have ever experienced.

  • 3-D Digital Wellness Scan of Your Teeth & Bite
  • Digital Diagnostic Photos of your teeth and smile
  • Full series of Dental X-Rays
  • 3-D CBCT Scan of Your Teeth and Jaws if needed
  • Cosmetic evaluation and screening of your smile and appearance
  • Evaluation of your gum and bone health
  • Evaluation of your teeth for tooth decay and fractures
  • Evaluation of your Bite and TMJ
  • Oral cancer screening


Your New Patient Information forms are available online through our confidential HIPAA Compliant Patient Portal System. You will be taken to the NexHealth patient portal to enter your information and complete a patient health history questionnaire.
